    1-25 persons: $200.00 All Others

    Each Additional: $4.00

    An absolute maximum of 80 per tour

    You will be contacted to confirm the date you have requested. Once the date is confirmed, payment is due immediately. Tours are not processed until fees and a certificate of insurance have been received by the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District

    Big Bear Alpine Zoo Tour Insurance Requirements

    1. The school or Organization arranging for this group tour will furnish the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District's Big Bear Alpine Zoo with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of one million dollars liability, naming the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District and the County of San Bernardino as additional insured.
    2. Schools/Organizations that are unable to obtain a certificate of insurance must have the Big Bear Alpine Zoo's Release and Hold Harmless Agreement signed by the parent/guardian of participants under the age of 18 and presented to the zoo the day of the tour. Those 18 and older must sign for themselves.

    In consideration for the privilege to participate in this special Zoo Tour Event, the school or organization hereby agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement and written information provided concerning this tour.

    Cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to the tour. Tour fees will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to tour date.
